Despite the tendency of the hairdryer, I was able to test a new racing machine today on the Fanas: The Axis Vega 3. This started well today even with a slight downdraft - I unfortunately less, because I lost the one brake from my hand while racing in the snow. Result: snowman.

The second attempt was successful. Was able to hold me thanks to the agile 2 wing in minimal thermals just above the trees on a rock wall yet a few minutes. Impressive handling and super climb performance! Had to order the paraglider after landing immediately - in orange, like the last two wings. So I am then ideally equipped for the winter thermals in Bassano Monte Grappa.

UDATE 02.12.2010: My new wing is here! Now only the weather has to get better for the first test flight.
